How do you calculate the orders per month?
We calculate the average montly order for the last 3 months and use that as a reference.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan anytime. We know your usage is going to change over time so we’ve made it easy for you to switch between plans in a few seconds.
How easy is it to start using Selgora?
After you signup, there is a one click setup step. We will redirect you to your shop and ask for permission to analyse your data. Once we have your permission, we will start analysing the data. This usually takes 5-10 minutes. Once all your data is analysed, you can access the dashboard and see all the relevant information for you. When something new happens in your store, we will automatically receive that information.
Is there a long-term contract?
There is no long term contract. We are sure you will love Selgora, however, you can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the account page.
Where’s the free plan?
At the moment we want to focus on the needs of our paying customers so there is no free plan. You can try Selgora free for 14 days.
Can I use it only if I have a WooCommerce or Shopify store?
No, we can integrate with all store platforms, even custom build shops. You can connect to our APIs and create hooks that will send us your data so we can analyse it. Unfortunatelly, the 1 Click Import feature is at this moment available only for WooCommerce and Shopify. Other platforms will be implemented as customers request them.
